SAS: Scandinavian surveys in supersonic speed
Scandinavian Airlines System (SAS) uses
Zapera frequently to conduct surveys throughout Scandinavia and
major foreign markets.
SAS is undergoing major challenges from
changes in the airline market. To help understand the changes in
customers' attitudes, SAS conducts a wide range of research projects.
Many of these research projects require swift
reaction times, visual aids and full Scandinavian coverage - a
combination that only online research can provide.
Recently Zapera tested the storyboards for 3 new TV ads in Denmark,
Norway and Sweden in less than 5 days. The results were presented to
marketing managers who used the input to make decisions about which
ad ideas to go ahead with.
The test allowed SAS to save valuable time and
money in the pre-production phase of the ad campaign.
