Zapera solves a wide variety of research related problems for our
clients. Most projects are carried out on an ad hoc basis - ensuring
that our clients get tailored solutions for their specific needs.
We focus on delivering high quality, quantitative online market
research but occasionally we will apply other methods when it is
called for. We will always recommend a method based on project
requirements - we do not believe that an online survey is the best
suited method for all projects.

Zapera runs a medical panel with more
than 1,000 doctors Denmark and Sweden. We conduct a great deal of ad hoc research
all across the Nordic region for the pharmaceutical industry - on both doctors and patients.
We conduct a weekly survey of activity (visits, direct mails etc.)
in Denmark, called GP
Weekly, which is a key source of information for many companies about the reach of own and competitors' marketing
efforts.
Sampling services
For select clients and research institutes who wish to conduct online surveys in
the Nordic region we offer sample-only access to our Nordic panel.
Zapera's panels are composed of validated
respondents and thanks to our developments in incentivisation and
panel management we have some of the highest response rates in the
business.
We offer a wide variety of quota-based sampling options. Sampling services include language check of externally
hosted questionnaires, incentivisation and project supervision.
