Zapera solves a wide variety of research related problems for our clients. Most projects are carried out on an ad hoc basis - ensuring that our clients get tailored solutions for their specific needs.

We focus on delivering high quality, quantitative online market research but occasionally we will apply other methods when it is called for. We will always recommend a method based on project requirements - we do not believe that an online survey is the best suited method for all projects.

QualOnline

When Zapera was established back in 2000 concentrating fully on Nordic Internet-based market research, it marked a reshaping of the research market in the region. Now we are doing it again with the introduction of Internet-based qualitative analyses, and at the same time becoming the first full-service Internet-based market research institute in the Nordic region.

Zapera will initially be concentrating on focus groups and personal interviews.

ImageMeter

Every year Zapera conducts a syndicated survey of Danish companies' corporate image in a representative sample of the Danish population aged 18 - 60. Each company's image is measured on both a general and many specific operational dimensions.

Zapera's ImageMeter is considerably better value for money than the majority of standardized Image Monitors on the market - especially considering the fact that we allow companies to combine the available measurements and benchmark data with individual questions.

Customer & employee satisfaction studies

The Internet media is perfect for surveys in the BtB-market. We have conducted a large number of customer and employee satisfaction studies across many countries and languages.

Typically we devise tailored designs that for example evaluate customers' satisfaction with a specific supplier on parameters customized to the client's needs.

Online research is particularly competitive if your needs require multi-language surveys.

Youth

Children, teenagers and young adults are not only an interesting group of consumers and trendsetters, but also among the leading new technology users. 

Zapera has devoted a large amount of energy to understanding how to interview kids as young as 6 years of age via the internet (through their parents). 

The internet is particularly useful when it comes to testing packaging or product designs aimed at children.

Healthcare

Zapera runs a medical panel with more than 1,000 doctors Denmark and Sweden. We conduct a great deal of ad hoc research all across the Nordic region for the pharmaceutical industry - on both doctors and patients. 

We conduct a weekly survey of activity (visits, direct mails etc.) in Denmark, called
GP Weekly, which is a key source of information for many companies about the reach of own and competitors' marketing efforts.
 

Sampling services

For select clients and research institutes who wish to conduct online surveys in the Nordic region we offer sample-only access to our Nordic panel. 

Zapera's panels are composed of validated respondents and thanks to our developments in incentivisation and panel management we have some of the highest response rates in the business. 

We offer a wide variety of quota-based sampling options. Sampling services include language check of externally hosted questionnaires, incentivisation and project supervision.
