Zapera's great Nordic research project

In May 2001 Zapera conducted the
largest online access panel validation study of its kind in Europe.
Almost 17.000 online and telephone
interviews were conducted in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland.
The purpose of the study was to
show that when conducted professionally, Internet research is both
valid and reliable.
The main finding of the study is
that the two methods perform equally well.
Differences between the telephone
and Zapera’s Internet survey typically stem from methodological
differences and not from sample differences.
The study demonstrates Zapera’s
position as market leader in online market research and is an
indication of our continuing commitment to documenting the strengths
and weaknesses of online research.
